1. Training Program Refunds

a) Online Courses

• Refund requests within 3 days of enrollment may be considered if the course has not been substantially accessed.
• No refunds after significant course usage.
• No refunds after downloading learning materials.
• No refunds after completion of sessions.

b) Instructor-Led Training

• Cancellations made at least 7 days before training may qualify for a partial or full refund.
• Requests made less than 7 days before training may not be eligible.

2. Consultation Services

• Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once scheduled or delivered.
• Rescheduling requests may be accepted based on availability.

3. Certification Fees

• Third-party certification exam fees are non-refundable.
• Refund policies depend on the certification authority.
• SkillsTact Learnings LLP is not responsible for third-party refund decisions.

4. Corporate Training Cancellation

• Corporate training cancellations follow signed agreements.
• Advance payments may be non-refundable.
• Refunds depend on preparation and resource allocation.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
• Bank/payment gateway timelines may vary.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be provided for:

• Violation of terms or misconduct
• Failure to attend scheduled sessions
• Change of mind after course access
• Discounted or promotional offers
• Downloaded digital products
• Completed services

7. Course Rescheduling

SkillsTact Learnings LLP reserves the right to:

• Reschedule training sessions
• Change instructors
• Modify training formats
• Postpone sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
